- The main purpose of the idea is to build a shared IoT platform for different IoT applications in agricultural production.

- Our IoT cloud platform, called IOT FARMING Cloud Platform, provides the following cloud services:

+ Data analysis and visualization

- The IoT platform supports the communication between the gateway and the smartphone application & the database server in the IoT platform. 

- Environmental data collected by sensors is time-series data. The IoT platform uses a time-series database to store the data. 

- In addition, the IoT platform provides a tool in order to analyze and visualize data stored in the database. Users can access to web-based dashboards using HTTP.

- In the future, Big Data and Machine Learning algorithms will be applied to analyze the big collected data and then make predictions and exact decisions for farming.
